I've taken a couple pictures myself of contrails and chemtrails in the sky at cruising altitude in the same sky, sharing the frame BUT THIS IS VIDEO of such, taken by a dad in Alice Springs AU outside his daughter's school. The planes (one contrailing normally, the other chemtrailing abnormally) approach each other and then pass each other in the same region of the sky. The shorted one doesn't pass through a somehow damper/colder part of the sky and get longer. The chemtrails one doesn't diminish to a normal contrail once it's out of humid-air.

Some "471 groups received additional scrutiny, a total that indicates a crackdown on politically active nonprofit groups that extends beyond the Tea Party outfits." This phenomena keeps popping up. In this case it is associated with a lightening discharge. In the past it has been associated with meteor events also but it is all about a passage through the atmosphere producing a killing shock event able to knock out objects contained in the atmosphere.
