Evil is here. It is our own government we have not reminded that they are public servants, not suppressors of Freedom. Founding fatyher, Benjamin Franklin. "If we do not hang togerther, surely we will hang separately." Pacfika News Alert!
You may have seen videos of the military's "Active Denial System" affectionately known as the "Pain Ray." It produces an instant, silent, overwhelming sense ofburning and pain on a protester.

This technology is being developed in handheld versions and will soon be available to police departments. As we've seen with previous technologies, they are perfected on the battlefield and then brought home to use domestically.

Let's be clear about something. Its not so much the existence of technology that I oppose, it is the government monopoly on the use of it that is a problem. This will undoubtedly be only available to government agencies. And they will get to use it with impunity, while if a civilian used it there would be consequences.

Nazism has arrived in U.S.A. Pacifika News Alert!
In a landmark 9-0 decision, the Supreme Court unanimously sided with Monsanto in a case that will change the mechanics of patent law forever.

This decision was the very definition of legislating from the bench. Existing U.S. patent law didn't sufficiently protect replicating lifeforms as patent-protected. Rather Congress addressing the issue, in one way or another, the court decided to pass this decision that will effectively expand the law without a Congressional act.

Now the court's ruling dictates that farmers may not purchase second-generation seeds from a grain elevator for planting. Effectively Monsanto's patented seeds are protected in perpetuity as they reproduce, generation after generation. Anyone who plants them, mistakenly or purposely, owes Monsanto a hefty tribute payment.

“If they don’t want me to go to the elevator and buy that grain, then Congress should pass a law saying you can’t do it,” said Vernon Bowman, a 75-year-old Indiana farmer who now owes Monsanto $85,000.00 in damages.

Nazism has arrived in U.S.A. Pacifika News Alert
COTATI, CA -- Police are called out to an apartment for a noise compliant by the neighbors. The three occupants inside non-aggressively exercise their fourth amendment right, refusing the police entry as they demand at gun point to let them inside without a search warrant or probable cause.

As the police quickly holster their weapons after the camera turns on, the three occupants continue to exercise their rights non-aggressively. The police respond by going into "over-the-top" aggressive mode, utilizing excessive force by kicking in the door, assaulting the female and tazing the cameraman four times causing the camera to short out. All three occupants are arrested/cited for obstruction. Incident occurred on 5/10/2013.

Dr. Joseph Mercola Exposes The Truth About RoundUp and GMOs:

"While Monsanto insists that Roundup is safe and “minimally toxic” to humans, Samsel and Seneff's research tells a different story altogether. Their report, published in the journal Entropy, argues that glyphosate residues, found in most commonly consumed foods in the Western diet courtesy of GE sugar, corn, soy and wheat, “enhance the damaging effects of other food-borne chemical residues and toxins in the environment to disrupt normal body functions and induce disease.” According to the authors:

'Negative impact on the body is insidious and manifests slowly over time as inflammation damages cellular systems throughout the body.'"

By some estimates, 90 billion barrels of oil and one-fifth of the planet’s untapped natural gas lie beneath the Arctic Ocean."

Women have served almost 300,000 tours of duty in the Iraq and Afghanistan theatres of war. Over 150 have given their lives, more than 865 have received Purple Hearts, and two have earned Silver Stars for valor under fire. Women have been and continue to be in ground combat, and they have earned the right to serve officially in ground combat units.

BAKERSFIELD, CA -- After Kern County Sheriff's deputies beat a drunk man to death with batons last week, they went around intimidating all the witnesses into handing over their cell phones and even did home searches to confiscate the evidence.

Now Kern County Sheriff Donny Youngblood has confirmed that some of the videos have disappeared. The sheriff, to his credit, has asked the FBI to conduct a parallel investigation.

Witnesses say that the video contained damning evidence of a vicious murder. “He was screaming for help. He was laying on his chest. The cops were still on top of him, still hitting him. My family and I screamed at them to stop hitting him.… The blood was all over Mr. Silva's face. We couldn’t even tell if he had eyes or a mouth.”

Vasquez said her girlfriend yelled, “ ‘Somebody call the cops,’ and everybody looked at her and said, ‘They ARE the cops.’ ”

We've been getting lots of questions this week about "dark money" and politically active nonprofits/501(c)(4) "social welfare" groups. To help you understand the IRS uproar, we've put together a handy fact sheet on these mysterious 501(c)(4)s.

When we asked journalist Chris Hedges to comment on the AP phone record story, he made this following comment. Do you agree with him on this? "I find all of these measures to essentially shut down the freedom of information — including the persecution of Julian Assangeand Bradley Manning — as symptomatic of a reconfiguration of our society into a totalitarian security and surveillance state," Hedges says. "One where anyone who challenges the official narrative ... is going to be ruthlessly silenced."
( Which  is badly 'gilding the lily'. I consider AP the master propaganda outlet. )

The revelation that the IRS was targeting conservative social welfare organizations for special scrutiny has generated more outrage than even the IRS is used to receiving.

As we have seen time and time again, one of the challenges of modern myths is their relative invisibility. It is the outsiders of any age, those who are alien to their own times, that make the best artist shamans, and the same goes for mythic explorers. If you are too close to a culture, you will very frequently mistake the truisms of culture, the myths, as a fact. This is true with “human nature” (as we have seen), and it is also true with our myths of labor and work.

Let’s consider the example presented when one generation judges another...
