Here's the first non-hysterical piece I've seen on the IRS mess. Tea Party
groups were not the only ones singled out by the IRS. Some "471 groups
received additional scrutiny, a total that indicates a crackdown on
politically active nonprofit groups that extends beyond the Tea Party
outfits." Liberal groups were targeted for additional scrutiny too and at
least one had their status denied. So far no Tea Party group has claimed

local elections to 16. Excellent.
We're talking a suburb of 17K citizens, so it's not exactly a ton of 16 and

After breakfast in our room with our own goodies, we went into the old city
- Ciutat Vella in Catalan - to the Museu Picasso. There are Picasso museums
in many cities and I'd love to see them all. He is among my very favourite

that the Cincinnati division of the IRS targeted Tea Party and patriot
groups for scrutiny. As reported by ABA Journal:
Speaking at a meeting of the ABA Section of Taxation, Lois Lerner, who

A small victory! As much as Kinder Morgan wishes to turn Milford, PA into a
nineteenth century company town, residents still can't be guilty of
trespass on public land. In a victory for Pike County's rural heritage, I
was found not guilty today of trespassing for my March 4th parking job
blockade of the Tennessee Pipeline access road in the Delaware State Forest.
