Both are lawyers...someone needs to file a complaint with The Law Society of Upper Canada. PERIOD.

So at what point do we do something about this obvious attempt at witness tampering?

??? Can anyone explain exactly how / why the Cons were given standing in these investigative meetings. This reeks of political interference and given the Con history one can't help but wonder if Elections Canada has been bullied into compliance with requests that appear to skirt the rules if not entirely disregard them. So, who in all of this was acting on behalf of the Canadian electorate? (presumably Elections Canada, but that's a farce if the Cons were given inappropriate access).

I want Yves Cote and Mathews to tell taxpayers/the people that pay their wages, how in heaven can they explain the fact that Arthur Hamilton was sitting in on the interviews. It is unfathomable to imagine Mathews thinks, a man with a law degree, that having Hamilton in the room and directing the interview is a good form of following the law. Did Mathews get his degree off the back of a Skippy peanut butter jar?

This explains why this investigation has taken so long with little to show for it!! The time was used to single out Sona and to engineer a weak prosecution to put this puppy to bed. Cote and Mathews should at the very least be fired and sanctioned from the Justice department.
