Finally, some peace and quiet. This is the first time since the sewage
flood on July 8 that our home is *quiet*. This lovely state of affairs
exists because we filed a complaint with the Landlord Tenant Board,
requesting our Landlord be ordered to stop renovations on the basement

Stetler v. Stetler, 2013 ONCA 508 approves of an adverse inference made by
a trial judge on the basis that witnesses who could have been called were

The new operating system iOS7 for the iPhone 6 has been leaked for testing
which revealed a fingerprint sensor and other biometric features. Located
in a folder labeled "Biometric Kit", the fingerprint identification system
is said to be used for unlocking the iPhone and for Apple products like
iTunes.

The Gang's All Here
I've been rather spoiled this year when it comes to the number of birds
that show up around the house. Three woodpeckers (yellow-bellied sapsuckers
actually are regular visitors in the early morning and evening hours along
with chipping sparrows, magpies and chickadees. These House Sparrows all

Oh I sooooo love all the data that is streaming out right now!!! I was in
the middle of putting together another article that ties more dots together

to go out first. HSBC is closing accounts down of embassies and even the

The BBC has avoided examining the most crucial implications of the election
of Iran’s new President, Hassan Rouhani.
Iran’s ongoing nuclear aspirations have been alluded to, as have Iran’s
prospective relations with the West, particularly the US, but Iran’s
uncompromising attitude towards Israel has been overlooked by the BBC.

As it turns out, there is more to the story about the anti-terrorism task
force’s visit to the family who was suspiciously Googling backpacks and
pressure cookers.
The Google searches were the basis for the visit, but the former employer
of Michelle Catalano’s husband was the person who put the searches together

Ponzi threats that did not prompt regulators to issue a
