Mrs. Lee Sheppard: Don't sign tax treaties - Escape from Europe... Here's why.
address-withheld@my.opera.com.invalid (Dr. John v. Kampen) at - 51 minutes ago
Link: http://youtu.be/3SrLgzGVbt8
Yes, I agree - this subject isn't anybodies piece of cake. Yet, you should
try and listen a few minutes only to get the hang of this theme: tax
treaties to "sponsor" big money and forget about the people. That is what's
going on in the world and much more.
By now you know my stance. True national interest for the benefit of people
and culture is (at least in Europe) subordinated to a fully imaginary
"collective" interest in a "unity" of (still) independent nation-states
that in fact is based on cultural quicksand and on archaic Christian

Apartheid state of Israel?
I am sick of hearing from the ignorant that Israel is an apartheid state.
Here's an Israel Arab with the truth.
I don't expect the idiots who scream that Israel is an apartheid state, to
recognise the truth. Truth is not something that interests them, they
prefer hatred of Israel, something that is too often based on
anti-Semitism, albeit disguised as Pro-Palestinian sentiment.

10 Ways to Starve a Multi-National GMO Conglomerate

Monsanto seems intent on taking over the food supply of the entire world.
Their sterile, toxic seeds are in every corner of the globe. Hungary
recently made headlines for burning 1000 acres of fields of GMO crops to
the ground.Dozens of nations have banned, or at the very least, regulated,
GMO crops and products. The heat is on the monolithic seed corporation, and
it’s time to turn the temperature up even more in North America. The
federal government has made no secret of their support of Monsanto, so it’s
up to us, the consumers, to starve them out.

A Beginner's Guide To Boycotting Monsanto

After the worldwide March Against Monsanto last Saturday that saw over 2

A 14-year-old was reportedly choked by Miami-Dade police and charged with a
felony count of resisting arrest with violence and disorderly conduct, all
for giving police “dehumanizing stares,” clenching his fists and appearing
threatening.
Unfortunately, it’s not all that rare for teens to be brutalized or even

about police in Florida being especially violent for no apparent reason as
they were when they beat a 66-year-old and when they murdered Nick Christie.

Why Is The Smart Money Suddenly Getting Out Of Stocks And Real Estate?

If wonderful times are ahead for U.S. financial markets, then why is so
much of the smart money heading for the exits? Does it make sense for

Indoctrination System: Former Teacher Speaks Out, “Everything I loved about teaching is extinct.”
Kimberly Paxton
Real teachers, the ones who care about their students, the ones who teach
kids to think critically and not just recite things by rote, are being
targeted. Why?
Because our public indoctrination centers, also known as schools, don’t
want children to think.
They want children to learn specified “facts” in order to pass standardized
tests, thus creating perfect little worker bees. They want to produce
adults who will not question authority or the status quo, but merely
assimilate what they are told as truth, and act accordingly.
Because of this, the school system is... more »

My own sense is that native agriculture began were possible about nine to
ten thousand years ago. Some got jump started with an effective seed grain
like wheat or cattle husbandry. However, it is reasonable to presume that
everyone was trying to make something work. Rice culture was simply a late
comer to the party and may also have simply operated in a particular locale
until its case became compelling.
In this case, the obvious use of palms fed the people until a better way

Wooly Mammoth Blood Recovered
This makes the production of mammoth clones far more likely. We have
preserved blood, although no comment yet on actual viability, but flesh
also preserved extremely well. If it is possible to extract DNA, we could
hardly ask for a better sample.
So a baby mammoth in our future went to a well maybe to very plausible. I
thin we are looking at mama. It also tells us that when we get this
happening, that we will also generate a decent number of unique individuals
which will ensure a robust core population.
This will fuel the building excitement in this pending species

Self Directed Regeneration
This is well worth pursuing and it is so counter intuitive to all we

deal of effort but this at least provides useful guidance.
Otherwise it is actually simple. Focus your mind through visualization on
the injury and demand healing. Just playing with this approach is allowing
myself to challenge a long time imbalance that has been annoying me for a
long time. If this works for you tell us about your experience here and I
will write it up.

GPS Solution Provides Tsunami Solution
What this really means is that GPS stations can be set up in target areas
and we really know most of them anyway, or at least to the level of
resolution needed. With that it will become possible to determine what
moved and better still immediately understand the available tsunami energy.
That leads directly to a predictive output map produced in real time
minutes after the Earth moved. With that early warning equipment and first
responders already are targeted and in possession of contingency orders.
Better yet it will be possible to discount false negatives in which a quake... more »

Howard Dean discovers America!
*FRIDAY, MAY 31, 2013*
*We don’t think we’ve ever heard statements like this:* Last night, we
heard a type of discussion we don’t think we’ve ever heard.
Well—we’ve never heard it from liberals. If you tune to Fox or to Rush, you
hear this type of discussion all day long, then all night.
Howard Dean was chatting with Lawrence on The Last Word. To his credit,
Lawrence started the transgressive discussion.
Lawrence noted the apparent dumbness of a recent statement by Ted Cruz.
Eventually, he said what follows to Dean.
A new world was about to be discovered:

Global Warming caused by CFC's/ Chlorofluorocarbons- UPDATED
*UPDATE @ BOTTOM* *from Watt's Up With That?*
WATERLOO, ON, May 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - Chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) are to
blame for global warming since the 1970s and not carbon dioxide, according
to new research from the University of Waterloo published in the
International Journal of Modern Physics B this week.
CFCs are already known to deplete ozone, but in-depth statistical analysis
now shows that CFCs are also the key driver in global climate change,
rather than carbon dioxide (CO(2) ) emissions.

Can My Employer Enforce A Noncompete When We Get Our Customers Through Bidding?
Noncompete laws vary from state to state, but whether in a state like
Florida where noncompetes can frequently be enforced or in a state that is
more employee-friendly, if an employer wants to enforce a noncompetition
agreement, it will have to prove a legitimate interest to protect.
In Florida, the statute allowing noncompete agreements also says: “Any
restrictive covenant not supported by a legitimate business interest is
unlawful and is void and unenforceable.”
Florida’s noncompete statute defines the term “legitimate business
interest” to include: (1) trade secrets, (2) valuab... more »
