Lockheed Martin Selected to Provide U.S. Air Force with Space Fence Radar to Safeguard Space Resources
The U.S. Air Force has awarded Lockheed Martin a $914 million contract to
improve the way objects are tracked in space and increase our ability to
prevent space-based collisions.
Lockheed Martin’s Space Fence solution, an advanced ground-based radar
system, will enhance the way the U.S. detects, catalogs and measures more
than 200,000 orbiting objects.
With better timeliness and improved surveillance coverage, the system will
protect space assets against potential crashes that can intensify the
debris problem in space.

Biometric passport terror
An hour ago, a seemingly mundane procedure has reminded me why I hate the
government so much. After a decade, I had to apply for a new "Citizen's ID
card", the most widely used ID in Czechia, and the new passport.
I don't remember a bureaucratic procedure of this kind that would be quite
smooth but the experience today was much worse than the average.
"The Citizen's ID card" steps were tolerable – although being exposed to a
bureaucrat who shows you how he or she is in charge is always annoying,
much like taking photographs.
But the real story began with the passport applicatio... more »
Destroyer project delays threaten new warship contracts

dollars to the cost of the project and delayed it by at least 21 months.

When Did The GOP Become The Unpatriotic Party?
I just started reading Rick Pearlstein's new book, The Invisible Bridge:
That Fall of Nixon and the Rise of Reagan. In the first chapter, he talks
about who "America the Innocent" is "always searching for totems of a unity

disunity are most pressing: it is one of the structuring stories of our

ecstasy and patriotic spectacle over "Operation Homecoming," the release of

How Inflation Helps Keep the Rich Up and the Poor Down

The production of money in a free society is a matter of free association.
Everybody from the miners to the owners of the mines, to the minters, and

production of money. None of them violates the property rights of anybody
else, because everybody is free to enter the mining and minting business,
and nobody is obliged to buy the product.
Things are completely different once we turn to money production in

Thoughts on the Third Eye with Doc Sutter
Thanks for these insights. They are very important and most important is
that we can all access this ability. What is just as clear is that there
is little proper guidance because we have all been in denial.
What makes it harder is that it is also clear that we need the guidance.
The evil spirit does exist and spirits generally must not be trusted to
have a whole truth. What has to be understood is that spirits as we
encounter them are generally human and are plausibly no better informed
than when they left the physical. They can pay attention and help or not
as well. ... more »
The Natural Healing Paradigm with Doc Sutter
We have been working around the field of healing for some time. Some of
that was personal, but far more of it was observational and through the
extensive reading tracked through this blog. It was also driven by the
clear and failure of current medical practice to actually solve the big
obvious problems. Postponement was never a cure.
Doc Sutter has filled in the blanks and developed a clear healing protocol
or perhaps we need to refer to them as protocols. Even more important it
is a program that leads to health restoration. There is a lot of meat in
the details.

Whale Graveyard?
This is unexpected and the numbers even more unexpected. I would like to
see these well studied in order to determine just what happens to the
skeleton. Do they also breakdown? I expect so, but this is our chance to
find out.
The reason I ask this is that we do have an ancient rare seabed fossil that
was subjected to the same environment. It would be good to know just how
unique fossilization happens to be.
Not quite an elephants graveyard but it certainly smacks of just that.

Beware the ‘Little White Rabbit’ of China’s Military
Of course, the Chinese military has the mission of neutralizing western
Military dominance. This includes a vast amount of disinformation and the
current spate of small challenges on small territorial issues in order to
perhaps settle borders. I do not thinking that it is working too well and
is mostly encouraged by a pacifist President.
What has happened is that the informal border state alliance has been
reinvigorated and we will see pushback in which the Border States will be
quite able to drive a fair bargain. That was not particularly smart and
only excusable in terms o... more »
Our Engineered Solar System?
One basic conjecture that has evolved on this blog and must now be taken
much more seriously is this:
*Conjecture:* Technologically advanced life is and has been
actively establishing habitation throughout the Solar System. This has
been going on for a very long time. That we identify 200,000 BP as an
initiation point for genetically modified humanity likely only locks in our
share of this endeavor. It is now wide open as to the first such activity
itself.

Reagan-Appointed Judge Posner Wants to Legalize Cocaine, Heroin, Meth, LSD
I have long come to the same core conclusion although I am actually far
more proactive regarding the demands put on users to be productive
citizens. Addiction is a trap that is difficult for the victim to escape.
Thus intervention needs to happen. Progressive health farms that use short
session labor as part of the therapy helps achieve those ends. Here I
return to my core idea of a warm bed, a solid breakfast and four hours
grooming woodland followed by a hearty lunch as a reasonable demand and
reward. After that the individual can make additional choices on his own

3 Months Since Legalizing Marijuana
What has happened is a successful rollout. Good sense is even dominating
the whole process. Add in the added recent discovery that marijuana just
happens to allow hard drug users to wean themselves and in spite of the
continued prohibition, there is serious hope that real drug addiction is in
serious and sustainable retreat.
After all these years, we really needed this news.
The momentum and capital investment is also leaping ahead and all this
bodes well for a robust industry in which the delivery protocol of choice

Why Poutine Could Be On The Path To World Domination?
Ten years ago, Canadians had barely heard of it. Yet it is such an obvious
dish for every French fry deep fryer out there that every fast food
franchise brought it in. MacDonald’s makes an excellent version by the
way. Thus we are now well supplied.
It is also blindingly obvious that it will take off in the USA as well for
the same reason. After all everyone has a deep fryer and produces French
fries. The rest is no trick at all to supply and no additional processing
is needed. After all you are dressing the fries with a handful of cool
curds and a shot of hot gravy.

Pioneering Work on Gluten Allergy Was Wrong
What this does is let us to set aside the doctrine of gluten sensibility

gluten a major component of your diet. Bread and cakes remain a generally
bad food choice and need to be largely eliminated, mostly because it is so
persuasive. Too much means eating mostly sugars and that is straight to
the high road to diabetes.

New Super-Heavy Element 117 Confirmed by Scientists
Always pleasing to add another element to the list even if it is never
likely to be of any use to anyone. What is interesting is that I now know
how to go about modeling proton and neutron location in the elements and it
may be possible to achieve something super heavy. Actually making a lot of
it would be important and needs to be considered.
A breakthrough must come in a single jump to a higher stable configuration
with a lot more protons and special symmetries in place. The rest will
exist but as shown very briefly. It will still be a serious fabrication

Valery P. Burdakoy and Phobos
Here again we have direct reference to Russia’s extraordinary interest in
Phobos. They have never promoted this but they certainly spelled it out as
in fact I have. Just as last year their mission crashed and burned, so too
had the effort made in 1989. This represents an unusual level of single
mindedness that is surprising.
Recall that it appears from mass calculations made by the Russians in 1959,
that Phobos is hollow. This makes it a powerful candidate for a human or
otherwise manufactured Space Station. It would have a spinning onion

How much Longevity Can be Achieved Now?
What this asks is can we achieve significant longevity with what must be
described as item by item restoration. It seems we should but I am more
inclined to expect any practical system will tackle all tissues and
restoration will remain available for gross damage.
I am actually optimistic that aging itself can be seriously slowed and
actually stabilized. With that restoration methods can be awaited for any
necessary application. One clear example of this will be dental

Report: Pesticide Pushers Spin Bee Crisis to Protect Profits
Without question the industry is in overdrive playing the denial game in
exactly the same way as the tobacco industry. The problem was obvious
early. By early I posted on this in 2007 when it became clear. The
situation has only worsened and slowly but surely bee keepers have been
succumbing. The problem is also not abating which it makes it pretty clear
that a systemic non biological killer is at work.
As this protocol progresses, it will drive agriculture into organic methods

How the Mars Moon Phobos Got Its Grooves
This explanation is nonsense. The grooves happily trace the curvature of

like shooting a bullet at a skull and expecting it to grove the skull while

Since we are already committed to investigating this moon as an
artificially worked object that is hollow, those grooves look like the
scaring left from reduction and shaping work done to prepare this moon for
movement and operation as a space station. It is spherical enough to not

We are now seeing a wide spread of stories that all are all focused on

Rock Lines Marked Way to Ancient Peru Fairs
The fact that we have a second incidence of these geo lines takes a lot of
the mystery out of the process. Community complexes needed communal

economic statistics so that the it became increasingly difficult to know
what exactly is going on in the economy.
2. As more and more people fell off the radar, the economy hollowed out and
this was covered over with technology bubbles, real estate bubbles and
massive transfers as wealth.

The Turn Of The Screw
Yesterday, Barack Obama announced that the United States is moving to
restrict the emissions of its greatest polluter, the coal industry. The
objective is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from coal by 30% in the
next sixteen years. Stephen Harper responded by saying that Canada already
restricts emissions from coal. What he neglected to say, of course, is that
coal accounts for only 11% of Canada's greenhouse gas emissions. The
Canadian equivalent of coal is the tar sands.
Since he came to power, Mr. Harper has done everything he could to pave the
way for bitumen -- and he has t... more »
Do You Trust Politicians Who Switch Parties For The Sake Of Electoral Expediency?
Scott Fistler (R-AZ) disguised as a Democrat and a Latino
Yesterday and the day before we talked about Blue Dogs Gene Taylor (MS) and Janice
Pauls (KS) making the natural transition from Blue Dog-- the Republican
wing of the Democratic Party-- to plain ole Republican. "I have made the
relatively easy decision to go from Blue Dog Democrat to Blue Collar
Republican," explained Pauls, a deranged anti-Choice fanatic who had led
the battle in Kansas against LGBT equality in her state. Taylor, who-- like
most Blue Dogs-- voted more frequently with the GOP than with his own

*Obama’s racial profiling in the classroom*
President Obama and his appointees are hailing this month’s 60th
anniversary of the Supreme Court’s landmark school-desegregation decision,
Brown vs. Board of Education. Mr. Obama proclaimed that “we must continue
striving toward equal opportunities for all our children” and “reaffirm our
belief that all children deserve an education worthy of their promise.”
However, thanks to Mr. Obama, black and Hispanic students are increasingly
being stigmatized with lower expectations.

Turkey’s unmanned ambitions shift up gear

election campaign billboards of the ruling Justice and Development Party

“Our aircraft” was not in the skies by then, but was crash-landing during a

trying to indigenously develop and manufacture.
Since then, local efforts have really sent the Anka to the skies, and now,

Pi on T-shirts illegal due to a registered trademark
As a kid, I thought that \(\pi\approx 3.14159265358979\) is a very
