God aside from my personal foibles which were not on fire, I know I went in the wrong dirction and when I came back from that blashmapy I had nothing left to redirect. I was a Euro clown shilling for peanuts. Even if I could get a job I would not move the circus. So I rode this clown show to the end. Iraq’s oil exports and revenue dropped in January 2014. The averages however remained in line with what they had been for almost two years straight now. Some new infrastructure is supposed to be completed this quarter that will boost capacity in the south. Until then Iraq’s output will remain flat-lined. Iraq’s foreign oil sales were down in January. Here's a sample of the downage from the big ice storm. Millions of trees have been damaged or destroyed, and the "chips" fell where they would. Of our own trees, the fruit trees, cottonwoods, willows, ash, maples and conifers came through rather unscathed, but the big oak threw down five quite large and heavy branches, two more than a foot in diameter at the big end. In the BBC coverage of this story and Harriet Harman's online statement I can see no mention of this point: In a letter to the Home Office in April 1978, the NCCL argued that child pornography should not be banned as “indecent” unless it could be shown that the child depicted had been harmed. The NCCL official who wrote this letter was its legal officer, Harriet Harman. Am I correct, did she sign that letter? Why?

I agree with the main point of Paul Krugman's latest blog post: When thinking about the welfare of a typical person in society, income inequality is more important than mobility. But this sentence struck me as more wrong than right: "the most important factor in whether you can become rich is whether you chose the right parents: Most people are going to end up with socioeconomic status close to where they started."
