Iran Treaty and Political Conscience : Posse Punishment

How long before this is removed ?

PolitiFact’s ‘Fact Check’ Misses the Truth about the Iran Deal  TED CRUZ

“PolitiFact” represents a new species of yellow journalism, where liberal reporters dress up as
“facts” their liberal opinions and accuse anyone who disagrees with them of “lying.”

An article published last week by the outlet is a perfect example. It purports to “fact check”
my recent statement that President Obama’s Iranian nuclear deal will “facilitate and accelerate
the nation of Iran acquiring nuclear weapons.” The reporter concludes that the statement is objectively “false.”

This is quite the discussion. Distrust of the proponents of nuclear disarmament follows the
argument that the people without weapons are the real danger. Meanwhile Russia - with lots
of WMD - has given notice attacks on Iranian nuclear facilities will be treated as if they were
attacks on Russian facilities. Given their scientists are all over the place and they supply
equipment and fuel as well as technical support, this is patently absurd. ( Sarcasm ).
And since both Israel and the USA are equipped with lots of known WMD ( and US forces
have occupied the surrounding nations of Iraq and Afghanistan - not to mention links with
Pakistan, etc. ) Iranian analysis of existential threat should far exceed any US concern.
The NPT treaty supposedly guarantees that harassment of responsible nations using nuclear
tech shall not exist as it makes the treaty a disadvantage - so the US acts to screw them for
being responsible. In fact - Iran has hosted disarmament conferences - and only ran into any
grief about their attitudes until after they were prevented from funding the independence of
the IAEA by western sanctions.
So naturally the agreement of 186 nations ( originally 139 ) with Iran ( co - sponsor of the
NPT ) counts as nothing to the USA, which refuses to participate with any regime which
threatens the power to incinerate foreigners in their homes. Nor will they honour any IOUs
( US $ ) offered in payment for their oil exports.
Deadbeats (thieves) have no cause to criticize others' intentions
.
BTW Centrifuges are necessary to enrich nuclear fuel to 20% so as to produce isotopes used in nuclear medicine diagnostics - something allowed to lapse in Canada through neglect. Even so, Iranian use might give them half of what they need for themselves...and is a far cry from weapons enrichment of 95%.... which also requires a much different technology than that for power
 generation in a stable pile.

Not that I haven't noted malicious allegations before

Seymour Hersh: Propaganda Used Ahead of Iraq War Is Now Being Reused over Iran’s Nuke Program

PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA: The sanctions have enormous bite and enormous scope, and we’re building off the platform that has already been established. The question is, are there additional measures that we can take?

Israel, Iran and the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty

CASMII: Fact Sheet on US-Iran Standoff

the U.S. and its allies, prodded by Israel, demonize Iran as a threat to world security and accuse it of having a program to develop nuclear weapons. As with Iraq, the real aim is a regime change in Iran to set up a U.S. puppet government in this oil- and gas-rich country in the key strategic Persian Gulf region. This has also happened before in the 1953 U.S.-British coup in Iran. The same forces in U.S., U.K., Israel and allies today distort the truth and engage in deceit, coercion and aggression to achieve their goals

Do the people protesting Kim Davis's "religious persecution" have any idea what actual religious
persecution is? - See more at: http://downwithtyranny.blogspot.ca/2015/09/do-people-protesting-kim-daviss.html#sthash.PAZj9n5i.dpuf

Even the most committed, determined panderer doesn't know who to pander to or howSocial-Fascist
Right-Wingers who've been trying to play the Kim Davis "religious persecution" card aren't getting the
play they would once have taken for granted when you have an unobstructed shot at homo-bashing.
A LOT OF AMERICANS ARE GRASPING THAT KIM DAVIS'S PROBLEM IS HER REFUSAL TO DO HER JOB Her
job is to carry out the laws that fall under the jurisdiction of a Kentucky county clerk. She is, of course, entitled to her opinion of those laws, but she isn't entitled to pick and choose which laws she will and
 which laws she won't enforce.

That would fall under a lack of conscientious diligence in performance of her duties.

In all the bombast, one point seems to have been ignored. Why should the Xians* flogging the denial of
civil rights of other citizens gain any better traction than that denied the proponents of Sharia law ?
Calling refusal to abide by terms of employment a matter of conscience really puts the spin
on the bottle. Whose conscience is applicable here ? How does it establish precedence?
The court seems to have some ideas.

* Biblical literalists ignoring the story of Jesus' death as Good News showing the state - by its own
advertisement -  is a liar flogging false accusations, imprisonment, torture and death in the imposing of 'religion'  ( its decree of allowable belief )  and deserves no more trust than any other chronic Shamus.
So we are cautioned to learn the lessons of the past and not make it nor the Temple ( church ) a God.

Too harsh? You have heard about residential' schools' for 'Indians' which had more loss of life as a
percentage of the total than soldiers deployed in war zones, I trust. Quite the record of state
responsibility towards  essentially kidnapped children..usually run by the church. Quotes about abuse
of children and millstones around necks come to mind.
