In a move that has undermined the ceasefire deal, Syrian rebels declared a new battle against government forces on Monday. Sign of escalating violence is also threatening to derail U.N.-led peace talks. The rebel groups, which included factions fighting under the banner of the Free Syrian Army and powerful Islamist Ahrar al-Sham, said in a statement they would respond “with force” against any government forces that fired on civilians. And PCR, being an academic had many university appointments and took part in many high-level think tanks, where he met face-to-face all of the neocons that are today pushing for an all-out war with Russia and China …which if it reaches an exchange of nuclear weapons would likely kill us all. Around 20 million people are suffering from what is being called the largest mass poisoning in history as they continue to drink arsenic-laced water, twenty years after the deadly toxin was discovered in the supply According to human rights watch the local governments have allowed the issue to be pushed to the back-burner, with nepotism and poor governance contributing to the current state of the water in Bangladesh. The Ahmadi, mainstream Muslims and the BBC

In April 2016 the "Panama Papers", a vast document leak revealing offshore tax dodging, reminded us how extremely helpful British law is to the very wealthy around the world.  However, one of the biggest and most exclusive UK tax loopholes of all isn't hidden offshore. It is here in plain sight right in front of you in good old Blighty, and it relates to Inheritance Tax (IHT). We don't
