"Once upon a time, much of the state of California was a barren desert.

Smack Talking ISIS Threatens to Blow Up Obama's Crib
The fanatical Islamic jihadist organization ISIS is getting close to
jumping the shark with their latest audacious series of threats. The
group’s alleged spokesman has boasted that his ragtag army of smelly,
gut-eating, Allah worshipping, ragheaded desert punks are going to swarm
European cities Rome and Paris and absorb them into the great Islamist
caliphate. For good measure the mouthy Abu Muhammad al-Adnani - who in any

Europe's arms exports see sharp decline
[image: Vladivostok LHD]The United States and Russia are the world’s
leading exporters of arms, while Europe's market share has fallen sharply,
according to new data.
The Arms Transfer Database published on Monday (16 March) by the Stockholm
International Peace Research Institute (Sipri), found that the US accounted
for 31 percent of international arms exports between 2010 and 14, compared
with 27 percent for Russia.
Russian exports of major weapons increased by 37 percent between 2005 and

Three Chetak helicopters for air force
The air force since Friday has three helicopters at its disposal. The three
HAL Chetak Helicopters were handed over by Indian ambassador to Suriname

“A memorable moment,” said Latour as he reflected that it took seven years
of negotiations to get the helicopters to Suriname and operational. He said
that the aircraft will prove valuable in executing control and civil
aviation support tasks.
The helicopters were ordered in 2009 with a US$13.5 million price tag; the

Deactivated Russian missile defense facility caught on drone camera
Abandoned and still futuristic, with a touch of a Mars colony in its looks
– this is how a deactivated radar component that used to be a part of
Moscow’s anti-missile shield appeared on drone footage, shot exclusively by
RT’s Ruptly video agency.
The A-135 anti-ballistic missile system was deployed around Moscow in 1995
to counter enemy missiles targeting the cities and its surrounding areas.
It primarily consists of two layers of interceptor missile launch sites and
the Don-2N battle management radar system.
