The very final sentence
This, courtesy of DB, is *very* BBC: Yes, the poor "Muslim man's request for an imam to be present at his death in Alabama" is the story for the BBC - another tale of poor hard-done-by Muslims in Trump's America. And, as DB says, you do indeed have to go to the very final sentence of the BBC report to discover his crime: "He was sentenced to death in 1999 for raping and murdering a 15-year-old girl in 1995." Less agenda-driven media outlets would have mentioned that earlier.

A curious Arctic wolf visits Ottawa biologist in his tent
Sokoloff is a plant biologist at the Canadian Museum of Nature and has just returned from a three-week expedition charting the plants of several Arctic sites. He was at Lake Hazen on Ellesmere Island when he woke up in the bright Arctic night and saw an Arctic wolf poking its head through his tent door. “Just its face (came in), thank God,” he said. “I took a picture because that’s the first thing you think of when a wolf comes into your tent. I started yelling at it. It’s 1:30 in the morning, so I’m waking up the rest of the camp. “Troy (another biologist) hears this and he sta... more »

*"Brace for Impact"* by Charles Hugh Smith "The economy is far more precarious than the surface boom/bubble suggests. A great many households, enterprises and municipalities are in overloaded boats whose gunwales are just a few inches above the water. The slightest wave will swamp and sink them. Michael Mann's quantum climate pseudoscience
Michael Mann is the most notorious fraudster in the global warming scam. He was the key man in the team that constructed the "hockey stick graph" of temperatures in the recent millennium or two. This is the politically correct version of the original video "Hide the Decline" that roughly describes what Mann did. Given it's just a song, the explanation is very accurate but I still prefer more accurate explanations than songs. The hockey stick graph has claimed that the temperatures were nearly constant in 1000-1900 AD or so, and then began their clear increasing trend after 1900 ... more »

The Death Of the Dollar
Under Donald Trump, the global financial system is being realigned. These nations are quietly dismantling the seven-decade-old alliance with the United States and building alternative systems o... more »

A product like Zicam, which claims it can make colds shorter, shields itself from truth in advertising claims by admitting on the label its product is not actual medicine, it is homeopathy, a pretend drug for people who want to believe.
