"How It Really Is"
“Drug overdose deaths and opioid-involved deaths continue to increase in the United States. The majority of drug overdose deaths (more than six out of ten) involve an opioid. Since 1999, the number of overdose deaths involving opioids (including prescription opioids and heroin) quadrupled. From 2000 to 2015 more than half a million people died from drug overdoses. *91 Americans die every day from an opioid overdose.*” - https://www.cdc.gov/drugoverdose/epidemic/index.html
Bowe Bergdahl and his fan-boy Obama...
*just in case you forgot.* Obama freed five Taliban leaders, most of whom have returned to trying to kill "infidels", for the traitor Bowe Bergdahl, who is awaiting sentencing for his crime of desertion and misbehavior before the enemy. Need I remind you that American citizens died as a result of what Bergdahl did when he decided to take a stroll after dinner from his battalion and not return? After the Rose Garden ceremony to gloat about his release, wherein Odumbo praised Bergdahl as having "served with honor and distinction", he sauntered off with his arms around Bergdahl's par... more »

The "best and the brightest" revisited
In the spate of stories about the new material on the JFK assassination, I could not help but notice the following in a NYT account by Peter Baker: One document included in the July release outlined a proposal to cause food shortages in Cuba as part of Operation Mongoose, the Kennedy administration project to remove Castro from power. The plan called for introducing untraceable biological agents to destroy crops in Cuba, leading to widespread hunger that could set off a revolt against Castro. New Clinical Trial Will Attempt to Bring Dead Humans Back to Life
[image: New Clinical Trial Will Attempt to Bring Dead Humans Back to Life] Really good. Clinically dead does not mean that the life force has left the body yet. Thus actually repairing the damage is quite practical and well worth doing. In fact this is an excellent time to do as much repair as possible. Then bring the person back to consciousness while stabilizing all aspects of the biochemistry. This is a beginning but it leads to complete body restoration so long as significant cell death has not taken place.. *New Clinical Trial Will Attempt to Bring Dead Humans Back to Life* ... more »

Arby’s to release venison sandwiches nationwide, test elk meat
This is part of the answer. We need a go-to utilizer of our developing game stocks. and Arby's is perfect inasmuch as they have enough distribution which matters most, yet small enough to absorb the early low supply easily enough. Arby's has always needed an extra cachet to expand their market. Their sliced beef was always superior, but not enough to bring in a crowd. Yet you can see how Wendy's has remained seriously competitive by steadily improving their offerings. Today even MacDonalds has gotten serious. Richard Branson Argues for the end of the Drug War
It is good to see Richard Branson weigh in. He is saying no more than I and other business conscious individuals have been saying for a long time. That Portugal has clearly shown us how the alternative works is merely proof. In fairness no other alternative actually exists and the War on Drugs was a bankrupt on inception. It has produced armies of addicts, criminal enablers and policemen all chasing each around a candle. And courage is not the issue here either. The real Drug lobby pays to ensure nothing actually changes and why should they not? Perhaps Branson needs to pay... more »

Violence from both sides
And while I'm giving credit where credit's due to BBC Trending's Mike Wendling, it's only fair that I do an update on something I wrote a month ago today: Well, that Radio 4 'special' was broadcast last Monday. Entitled *Political Violence in America*, it looked at the violence of both the far-right *and* the far-left. On the Milo question, very little of that interview was played - less than a minute. All in all, however, it struck me as being a fair take on the matter. Both sides got a hearing. One amusing thing (well, it amused me!) was that the Antifa woman Mike talked to... more »

Floods Of Fake Astronomy Fill Google News - Making Young Children Scared, Sick & Suicidal
I've been writing Doomsday Debunking articles for some years now. The amount of fake news about the end of the world on the web is incredible. What makes it worse is that stories that say the world is about to end get widely shared, linked to, read over and over, and rise right to the top of Google and Apple news. Search google news for "Planet X" for instance and the top result is usually one or other article from the Daily Express who regularly publish fake news saying that an extra planet is about to hit Earth or fly past Earth in the next week or month. read more

Speculation Grows That China May Attempt To Take Taiwan By Force

In the wake of this withdrawal, Japanese battleship architects threw themselves into the design of new vessels. "All day I think about it, then at night I say it. Where did I come from, and what am I supposed to be doing? I have no idea. My soul is from elsewhere, I'm sure of that, and I intend to end up there. Who looks out with my eyes? What is the soul? I cannot stop asking. If I could taste one sip of an answer, I could break out of this prison for drunks. I didn't come here of my own accord, and I can't leave that way.
