Bus Thieves and the PNP
Yesterday morning, I left the office in Makati around 2:20-2:30am. I was going to our farm in Bugallon, Pangasinan. I took an an aircon bus going to QC around 2:30 am, I briefly slept. When I woke up somewhere in Cubao Farmers Plaza, I was shocked to see that my wallet is gone, my pant's right front pocket was slashed. First time in my life that I was victimized by bus thieves. I posted this in facebook, courtesy of bus wifi. I was supposed to cancel my trip as I have no more money to pay for the bus fare to Pangasinan. Sowing The GM Seeds Of Depopulation?
Global Research, Countercurrents, RINF If physical violence is to be used only as a final resort, a dominant class must seek to gain people’s consent if it is to govern and control a population. It must attempt to legitimize its position in the eyes of the ruled over by achieving a kind of ‘consented coercion’ that disguises the true fist of power. This can be achieved by many means and over the years commentators from Gramsci to Althusser and Chomsky have described how it may be done. However, one of the most basic and arguably effective forms of control is eugenics/ depopulation... more »

THE DUMBNESS OF THE WHALE: Verdict first, information never!
*WEDNESDAY, MAY 20, 2015Part 3—Ahab in Wonderland:* It has long been a basic precept of our press corps’ consensus scandals: Verdict first, information never! Information must *never* intrude on the prearranged judgment which permits the fun of consensus scandal. Analysis? What’s that? Who is the Ahab of the current scandal—the scandal concerning air pressure of footballs? That Ahab would seem to be Ryan Grigson, general manager of the Indianapolis Colts. According to the NFL’s official “Wells report” (see page 45), Grigson sent an email to league officials before last January...more »
Human Rights in Saudi Arabia?
“No one dares to criticize publically Saudi Arabia, and that is a result of many things, including obviously the interests that Western governments have [in the country],” Amnesty International’s Sevag Kechichian told RT’s Ben Swann. Commenting on the state of human rights in the Middle Eastern country just one day after authorities began to post job listings for beheaders, the researcher told RT that the West’s stance is “absolute hypocrisy.” The head choppers in Saudi Arabia make ISIS look like choir boys.......but do we hear any outrage on Fox News or CNN?

Intra-Shiite Rivalries In Iraq As Kataib Hezbollah Raids ISCI Office
While much of the reporting on the Iraq focuses upon the sectarian dimension within the country, mostly overlooked are the internal Shiite divisions. This might actually be more important as these parties rule the country. The rise of the Hashd al-Shaabi poses a long-term threat to the Shiite establishment due to their widespread popularity. Recently Kataib Hezbollah (KH) raided an office of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq (ISCI) in Basra, leading the latter to issue a blistering condemnation. More of these confrontations are likely to happen in the future as these groups jock... more »

Insights by Papadodimas and Raju (PR) and those by Maldacena and Susskind (ER=EPR) have advanced our understanding of quantum gravity in the following way: We know that there is some Hilbert space of microstates, especially black hole microstates (or two black holes' microstates), for example from AdS/CFT. It may be described e.g. by using the energy eigenstate basis. This Hilbert space is fixed and our goal – they have started to fulfill – is to become masters of this Hilbert space. What does it mean?
