Today I hiked up to Brockton Point on Seymour. Just a leisurely reflection. Previously I quoted that old United Church hymn I feel the winds of God today. It states that "It is the wind of God that dries my vain regretful tears." Now vain in this case doesn't mean arrogant. It means pointless like a vain attempt to do something.
