Geology is at a Crossroads
arclein, Terra Forming Terra - 21 hours ago
This at leaxt identifies the real problem. sooner or later we are saying goodbye to the whole oil industry. This means at least an order of magnitude contraction. Battery based transportation is atready here. Those same batteries allow the elimination of grid power distribution as well with a huge leap is utilization efficiency. Conversion will be as quick as driving a semi load of auto batteries up to the Bennet Dam and getting them all charged at the source. That act alone masssively increases supply of power. That is why the price of oil is under increasing pressure and wh...
Cattle grazing and soybean yields
arclein, Terra Forming Terra - 21 hours ago
What is important is that corn waste provides real cattle fodder. so why not window the waste as produced and even run a baler through it all as well. even chop it differently to optimize all this. Again we are passing into a world of winter cover crops and this also needs to be integrated. Those likely need to be planted in the fall. I would personally like to see the waste collected loose and then put into a drying shed in order to convert to biochar. This is then blended on a one to one basis with dtried soil to act as a soil amendmnet product that can even be sold. Dry s...
New catalyst converts common plastic waste into fuels and wax
arclein, Terra Forming Terra - 21 hours ago
This is really good news and extremely welcome. They are getting serious results. I personally want to see all carbon based garbage in particular passed through a two lung incineration process that holds the charge at between 400 to 600 C until all carbon is reduced to elemental carbon. All gas is then passed through a second lung burner and consumed with some prpane added. The hot spent gas at 2000 C is then dumped back into the charge to heat the charge. Excess cooling CO2 exits the bottom and passes past the outer shell of the kiln to lose more heat. Tricky to work proper...
Sasquatch Shot And Killed On Highway 99, British Columbia
arclein, Terra Forming Terra - 21 hours ago
This is an important report regarding the killing of a red hair coated Sasquatch that became agressive. Listen to the full story. It happened 25 years ago when the observer was a young man. He actually killed the Sasquatch. To do so he had on hand a 50 caliper hand gun. Something like a sawed of shot gun and yes they do exist. Obviously not somthing most anyone packs. Yet I now think that anyone going into the woods needs this. Rounds from his rifle did nothing and you can also be sure this guy at 80 meters did not miss. He got off several rounds before resorting to his...

[image: Russian airstrikes inflict heavy losses in ranks of ISIS as Syrian Army thwarts terrorist offensive] BEIRUT, LEBANON (9:40 A.M.) – The Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL/IS/Daesh) launched a new offensive in the eastern countryside of the Hama Governorate last night, targeting the Syrian Arab Army’s (SAA) posts in the Al-Salamiyah District. ISIS began the attack by storming the Syrian Army’s positions in eastern Hama, which caught the latter off guard and led to a temporary advance by the terrorist group. Trump, Insurrections And The 25th Amendment
Binoy KAMPMARK, OrientalReview.org - 21 hours ago
How strange it must have seemed for US lawmakers to be suddenly facing what was described as a “mob”, not so much storming as striding into the Capitol with angry purpose. A terrified security force proved understaffed and overwhelmed. Members of Congress hid. Five people lost their lives. With the […]

[image: US Senator expresses outrage over Twitter blocking Trump instead of Khamenei] BEIRUT, LEBANON (9:20 A.M.) – US Senator Lindsay Graham said on Saturday that allowing Khamenei to tweet via Twitter and blocking Donald Trump indicates a lot about who runs the platform, after Twitter announced the permanent suspension of the US President’s account. Soleimani’s death ‘pumped new blood into the veins of the Resistance’: Iran envoy to Syria
[image: Soleimani’s death ‘pumped new blood into the veins of the Resistance’: Iran envoy to Syria] The Islamic Republic marked the one year anniversary of Quds Force Commander Qasem Soleimani on Sunday, with the general widely admired in his native Iran and throughout much of the Middle East for his assistance in squashing Daesh (ISIS)* and al-Qaeda* terrorists in Iraq and Syria. The assassination of Qasem Soleimani has added fresh impetus to the resistance against the US and Israel, and will hasten America’s ultimate expulsion from the Middle East, Iranian Ambassador to Syria Java...

Why Did Social Media Giants Wait So Long to Deactivate Trump?
Timothy Graham, The National Interest - 20 hours ago
*Timothy Graham* *Politics, The Americas* Given the lack of regulation and responsibility shown by platforms over the past few years, it’s fair to say the writing was on the wall. Amid the chaos in the US Capitol, stoked largely by rhetoric from President Donald Trump, Twitter has locked his account, with 88.7 million followers, for 12 hours. Facebook and Instagram quickly followed suit, locking Trump’s accounts — with 35.2 million followers and 24.5 million, respectively — for at least two weeks, the remainder of his presidency. This ban was extended from 24 hours. The locks ar...
Yes, the Air Force Planned to Use Nuclear Weapons Against Nuclear Bombers

*Sebastien Roblin* *History, Americas* [image: https://www.reutersconnect.com/all?id=tag%3Areuters.com%2C2019%3Anewsml_RC1F56D909B0&share=true] Using nuclear weapons over your own airspace to defend yourself against nuclear attack is more than a little ironic. *Key point: *The Cold War was a time of all kinds of wild ideas. However, not all of those actually made sense. On July 19, 1957 five Air Force officers assembled in the open desert basin of the Yucca Flats of Nevada and glanced with nervous smiles up at a jet fighter flying high overhead. They were accompanied by a civil...

D Donald Trump's immediate future; damn them all. Betrayed by everyone around him; he needs support and love from his base. Love him or hate him, he cared and was the most exciting president in many many decades. No one deserves what has been done to him over the past four years; imagine his successes if these enemies had not made his destruction their only raison d'etre, preventing him from his goals. Actually all politicians use these tricks. I remember first noticing them with Bill Clinton; things became more obvious with Baby Bush. TEST This woman also had all the p...
Should the Pentagon Update the F-16 for Modern Warfare?
Sebastien Roblin, The National Interest - 21 hours ago
*Sebastien Roblin* *Technology, Americas* It’s still a deadly plane. *Here's What You Need to Remember: *If the agile little fighter has any shortcomings, it’s that the American F-16’s radar has fallen out of date, and that the type was never designed to carry a great deal of fuel, limiting its combat radius to just 340 miles on internal stores. The Pentagon should eventually consider reasonable measures to keep that fleet up to date, notably the incorporation of APG-83 AESA radars and the adoption of conformal fuel tanks. The F-16 Fighting Falcon bears an unusual distinctions: ...
China inside our country and Biden – recipe for disaster
Uriel, 'Nox & Friends - 21 hours ago
. The point of the video from this patriot was to alert everyone to the very real and increasingly dangerous intermingling of China in our FARMLANDS and with their military/port intrusion in the Bahamas and Jamaica. The threat of military attack is increasing daily. His conversation also turns darker as he talks about an acquaintance who speculates with Biden owned by China that Biden will simply open the doors to a Chinese military occupation of the United States. Current “insulting talk” on media is that China has offered 150,000 “peace keeping troops/NATO” if Biden requests their...

Dress Rehearsal: How Russia Practiced Real-Life War in Syria

When helping prop up its ally Assad in Syria, Moscow did just that. In 2008, military observers within and outside of Russia noted the poor performance of the Russian Air Force (VVS) in the five-day Russo Georgian War. In the aftermath of the conflict, Moscow ...
Secret Allied Cloaking Devices: Would They Have Changed World War II?
Sebastien Roblin, The National Interest - 21 hours ago
*Sebastien Roblin* *Security, Europe* Camouflage is the original cloaking technology. *Here's What You Need to Remember: *However, though radar, infrared sensors and long-range missiles continue to limit the usefulness of visual cloaking systems, the concept has always retained appeal. Due to concerns that hefty F-4 Phantom jets over Vietnam were being spotted too easily, a “Compass Ghost” model was tested in 1973 with nine belly-mounted Yehudi lamps and a special blue and white camouflage scheme which reduced spotting distance by 30 percent. Cloaking devices are a staple of sci...

Thus as the days pass you see the unpreparedness of those who hold the reins of government or of the people themselves to deal with an insidious power of darkness that comes, whether through the Soviet Union or the Middle East or terrorists. Whatever the source in Central or South America there is a vexation unto this mighty people! They *will* not, they *would* not: now they *can* not deal directly with the challengers to the integrity of the nation and the New Jerusalem.
