I Am Back!
Yes, I am back!
First, I must reiterate what I have been saying for some time... I truly do
hate hospitals.. The food truly sucks, and I barely had any sleep for the 3
nights that I was stuck there. I just spent the entire day today catching
up on some much needed sleep.....
I have been suffering over the last month at least with on and off

that "week" off recently to try to work on getting myself healthy...
However with the condition not improving, I had decided by last Saturday

One of the greatest anniversaries in our nation’s history will happen this
year. Forty years ago, on August 9, 1974, President Richard Nixon resigned!
It was either that or certain removal from office via impeachment, and it
was bipartisan. That’s how bad it was. If Nixon wanted to retire with a
pension and perks, it was the only way.
The anti-semitism. The racism. The criminality, the paranoia, and the
screaming down the halls of the White House. Psychosis. "I am not a crook."

2013 - 2014. Different date, same liberal genocidal agenda
2013 was a year of absolute liberal lunacy. The New Year is already shewing
signs of continuing the ever-accelerating march to the total genocide of
the European nation and all that we hold dear.
In 2013, the liberal bigots shewed their true colours in their hypocritical
reactions to the deaths of Margaret Thatcher and Nelson Mandela. Whilst
anti-Internationalists treated the deaths as simply a welcome end to an
equally odious pair of servants of International Finance Imperialism, the
liberal bigots reacted to each quite differently. Whereas Thatcher's death

left over, such as who is this new villain and why would he want to almost

Plaintiff fails to prove damages but gets second chance at new trial
TMS Lighting Ltd. v. KJS Transport Inc., 2014 ONCA 1:
[83] It is well-established that where the absence of evidence
renders it impossible to assess damages, a plaintiff may be entitled to
only nominal damages. *Goldfarb*, for example, says so. But this is not
invariably the case. Where a plaintiff proves a substantial loss and the
trial judge errs in the assessment of damages arising from that loss, the
interests of justice may necessitate a new trial on damages. Although the

I spent New Year's Eve watching undisturbed wildlife on the Galapagos

something different on the baby-- like eau-de-human-- she would reject and

Sent to the Los Angeles Times, Jan 2
Al Austin, in his letter to the Times (Jan 2) notes that the common core
calls for "a sharp reduction" in literature in schools in favor of
increased exposure to informational text.
This policy was created without any empirical evidence. The common core

reading literature contributes to an "enhanced theory of mind," described
in the Times by Robert Sapolsky ("Another use for literature," Dec. 29) but
also the massive amount of published research showing that self-selected

The Far Left's Prospects in 2014

the last 20 years have, at best, come to nothing. At worst they have given

2013 in Iraq began much the way 2012 did, with violence well down from the
levels of the US occupation era. Then the Maliki government attacked a
peaceful protest in Hawija in mid-April, and a sectarian powderkeg just
exploded.
By summer the death tolls were again rivaling the worst of the US
surge-era, and 2013 ended with well over 10,000 dead, and 1,180 killed in

Yesterday, the Department of Health and Human Services announced that 2.1
million people have signed up for private health insurance plans through
Obamacare. As Twitchy noted, however, HHS still is not saying how many of
those people have paid their premiums. Under the administration’s “expanded
definition” of enrollment, people are considered enrolled if they have
simply placed a plan in their online shopping cart.

Paul Craig Roberts and I were born in 1939 and 1938, respectively, and by the time we were five years old, both of us walked to our respective neighborhood school by ourselves. By the time we had graduated from Georgia Tech and Carnegie Tech, respectively, "To us George Orwell’s 1984 seemed so far in the future we would never get there. Now it is 30 years in the past." "Did we get there in Orwell’s sense? In terms of surveillance technology, we are far beyond Orwell’s imagination." "...Edward Snowden made the point that a person born in the 21st century will never experience privacy. For new generations the word privacy will refer to something mythical, like a unicorn." Recently, a mother of six and nine year old kids "...was carried off in handcuffs and spent the next 18 hours in a cell in prison clothes" because a neighbor had called the police in the mistaken belief that the kids were not being monitored. If "Big Brother" had been watching us back in 1938-39, all mothers in our neighborhoods with children five years old or older would have been dragged off to jail. You younger folks should think about that ...and maybe read 1984.

"We had an explosion at the bar and about 10 people were injured," said

The injured are said to be in a stable condition and have been taken to

One Little Word for 2014
Serenity. My one little word for 2013 was Fearless. Every time I was faced
with a decision to try something new, I always tried to take it. Sometimes
I failed miserably, but I also had some of the best times of my life. I
made new friends and laughed harder than I ever have before. 2013 was a
pretty incredible year for me, but if I could change one thing about the
year, it would have been the amount I worried. I worried about every little
thing, including things I had no control over. So this year, my word is
Serenity. This year, I want to stress less about the things I can't change... more »

Economic freedom is a major factor for an economy and its people to move

ultimately to a high income country (HIC).
People need to be given enough leeway to be creative and innovative in
introducing new products and services to their consumers, resulting in
continuous and endless process of innovation and healthy competition among

This Is Not a New Year

While in some respects the end of the month of December marks the
conclusion of a year and the beginning of a new year (the 2014th year anno
